Using this function you can send a copy of the status of your equipment to our server. If there is a problem which we cannot identify, our support team will be able to analyze the incident using this report.
- Open the menu.
- Click “Send reports”.
- Add any information that you consider necessary in the “Problem description” field.
- Click “send”.
- Click “Yes” on the pop-up-window.
On your screen, a loading icon will appear indicating that the box is preparing a report that will later be sent to our server. This process can take several minutes.
