Sending reports

Using this function you can send a copy of the status of your equipment to our server. If there is a problem which we cannot identify, our support team will be able to analyze the incident using this report.

Sending a status report can take several minutes, do not use this function during a race. We recommend only sending a status report if it is requested by one of our support team.
  1. Open the menu.
  2. Click “Send reports”. 
  3. Add any information that you consider necessary in the “Problem description” field.
  4. Click “send”.
  5. Click “Yes” on the pop-up-window.

On your screen, a loading icon will appear indicating that the box is preparing a report that will later be sent to our server. This process can take several minutes.
