If the device on which you want to perform the action is connected locally, you can delete it. If the device is connected remotely, you won’t be able to delete it, but you will be able to hide it.
Delete boxees with a local connection
- Click on the cross that appears on the right in the box panel.
- Click on “Yes” and accept by clicking on the green checkmark.
In the home screen you will see that the box has disappeared from the TimingPoint. If you need to recover this box you will have to follow again the steps to connect a box locally.
Hide boxes with a remote connection
- Click on the forbidden icon that appears on the right in the equipment panel.
- Click on “Yes” and accept by clicking on the green checkmark.
In the home screen you will see that the box has disappeared from the TimingPoint. You can restore this box through the hidden devices menu.
